TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.

By accessing or using any services provided by Moontrain Technology ("Company", "we", "us"), including but not limited to TikPilot and other AI agent products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.

Moontrain Technology provides AI-powered agent services for social media management, content creation, analytics, and business automation. Our Services connect to third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Twitter, and Reddit) via official APIs and authorized methods on behalf of our users.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION.

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AUTHORIZED USE.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party platforms
  • Use the Services to distribute spam, harmful content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without written authorization

5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM INTEGRATION.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Twitter/X, and Reddit. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, rate limits, or access restrictions imposed by these platforms. You authorize us to access and interact with your connected accounts within the scope of permissions you grant.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

Content generated by our AI agents is provided as suggestions and drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content to your social media accounts. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, will not infringe third-party rights, or will achieve any specific performance results.

7. PAYMENT AND BILLING.

Paid features of the Services are billed on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by Moontrain Technology and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create or upload through the Services remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moontrain Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using the Services.

11. TERMINATION.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

12. GOVERNING LAW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
